Daniel De Paoli has graduated in July 2018 in a Master of Laws ,with a thesis written in English on Land-Based Marine Pollution. In his academic career, aside from the university compulsory curricula, he focused on maritime law culminating in a publication (part of greater work on maritime safety and security) on the influence of limitation of liability and mandatory insurances regimes on safety regimes for passengers transportation. He also focused very much on space law, following among others international interdisciplinary courses and participating to the 2018 edition of the Manfred Lachs moot court competition. Thanks to the knowledge of three languages at native speaker level he could participate to many different courses at international and European level, many also on environmental law, adopting a strong interdisciplinary approach, which he believes is of utmost importance. He is also strong of more than 3 years of experience as vice president responsible for the marketing department for the European Law Students Association in Genoa. Position which obliged him to challenge himself in fields as project management, organization of events, fundraising, team working and team management, coworking and coordinating with other departments, strategic planning, marketing and social media management.
